Really enjoyable, entertaining and a fantastic plot to support it. Next week should be much better however and what a cliffhanger despite being predictable.
Fry: "What was the purpose of life, anyway?"
Farnsworth: "Who knows? Probably some hogwash about the human spirit."

Really enjoyed this. Tense, creepy, interesting. Can't wait for Part Two.

I give it a 9, this was a wonderful return to classic Who. Base under siege, full of humor, emotion and excitement, some great support acting, and an almost Robert Holmes feel at times... Great cliffhanger, too.

A little slow at time but a lot of mystery and with no one knowing who they can trust next week looks just as good. Great acting by all.

8/10

I was pleasantly surprised. Very atmospheric, very tense. Excellent acting from Matt and Arthur. I love what they're doing with Rory's character. He's come a long way from being the submissive husband.

I give it a 9/10.
Obi-Wan: "I felt a great disturbance in The Force. As if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced."
Me: "Let me guess, they saw Jar Jar Binks for the first time?" Wink

I found this episode a bit bland to be honest. I liked it but it wasn't anything special. The tone was excellent though. I found it hard to follow which was which with all the constant shots of the humans and then the gangers.
