I love freedom of speech

Ah, I see the socialist atheists that run this site love censorship in that now you can no longer speak freely.

But I am still close to finsing out the truth even tho there are some that don't want to truth to come out but it will.

You realize you're on the internet posting on a website not run by yourself. You have the rights the owner of this website allow you to have. The 1st Amendment does not apply here.

The 1st Amendment is the law in the U.S. no message board is above the law.

The 1st Amendment states that the Federal government, and state governments through the 14th Amendment, may not pass legislation which interferes with citizen's freedom of press, religion, speech, and the right to assemble. However, private companies and organizations, acting in their own capacity, may not restrict this right. Server operators, which act as the private regulators of internet material, may not include in their terms of service agreement restrictions which act to limit First Amendment Rights in order to protect the integrity of their systems.

You are, quite simply, incorrect.

The first amendment does not apply to private property; this is a privately owned site, and the owner can make whatever rules they want. Just like a restaurant can kick you out for saying something offensive. It is not a restriction on freedom of speech because you are still perfectly capable of starting your own site and saying whatever you want there.

No one has passed legislation, nor is the service provider infringing at all. It's a private site, not the whole internet.

Do some research before making a bigger fool of yourself.

You really, REALLY need to look into that whole "freedom of speech" thing. The Constitution says Congress can't limit free speech; you can't be imprisoned for what you say (and there are even restrictions on that, like yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theater), but it certainly doesn't say there will be no consequences for what you say.

Put it to the test in your workplace. Walk right up to your boss or the owner of the company and call them something very inappropriate, and see where that lands you. My guess is it won't be a promotion. Smile

This place isn't "in public" either, since you have to register in order to post, and you agreed to the terms when you joined.

Saying you've been censored is really weak, too. You wouldn't even be posting here if you were really being censored. Censored

Thinking you're right doesn't mean you're right. Wink

From the answer I posted here:
Quote:Trolling is deliberately antagonizing or posting with the main purpose of getting a negative reaction/response.

For the record, I am not an atheist.

Hang on, if you're really being censored, why are you still posting? Wouldn't you have been banned by now?

Further to the point, isn't it against the rules to impersonate someone else (unless he is the real Glenn Beck)?

Yes, it is against the rules, however I'm inclinded to let it slide since I haven't seen any signs he actually is impersonating Glenn Beck beyond his username (it takes more than just registering his name).
