"The Lodger" Discussion
The eleventh episode of series 5, "The Lodger", will transmit on BBC One at 6.45pm. This will be place to discuss it. Pimp
"Will somebody please get this big, walking carpet out of my way?"
Much more enjoyable then I thought it would be. James Corden was excellent giving a restrained performance.

"We all change when you think about it, we're all different people, all through our lives, and that's okay, that’s good you gotta keep moving, so long as you remember all the people that you used to be." -Eleventh Doctor
A fun enjoyable episode before the (hopefully) epic final episodes. We got to see the Doctor in normal life, doing normal things (or trying to) and It. Was. Hillarious. Not to mention believable - 8/10
I give it 8/10 too. Didn't understand the plot too much, but I loved the whole Doctor getting used to being a human on Earth thing.
"Will somebody please get this big, walking carpet out of my way?"
It was good fun but it lacked an explanation of what was going on, like why the TARDIS-y ship, where did it come from and so on?

I give this episode a 7/10.

Excellent, I love Doctor Who. 9/10 from me! Biggrin
A really fun, funny and great episode. Plus we got to see Matt Smith naked. Drool
I give the episode an 9. Nice, funny episode before the finale (which looks fantastic). I thought Matt Smith was great, plus hot naked. Drool
T'Pol: I am not old, I will only be 66 years old on my next birthday.
Trip: I can't believe you told me that.
T'Pol: You accused me of being old.
-Star Trek: Enterprise 3-24, "Zero Hour"
A sweet and good-natured episode. A lovely counterpoint to 2 weeks ago, going to the other end of the scale of human inter-personal relationships.
Fry: "What was the purpose of life, anyway?"
Farnsworth: "Who knows? Probably some hogwash about the human spirit."
This episode was terrific fun, though marred by a disappointing ending.
I aim to misbehave.
