For the last few weeks, I've been thinking about converting this board over to MyBB. One of the main reasons I want to convert is because while Invision Power Board is a decent piece of software, it's way out of date (the version we use, 1.3 was the final free version they made, it went paid with 2), got some security holes (which currently should be sealed, I think) and is just doesn't have features I want (there are mods but half are broken). I pick MyBB because of all the free forum softwares, it has the best feature and general usability.
Any conversion won't happen immediately due to the fact I have to wait until the MyBB conversion system is made for Invision Power Board.
Do you have a test board so we can see what MyBB looks like?

Hmmm... at first glance it looks better than IPB. I should ask, but are there any thing missing that we may miss?
EDIT: I don't like the Emoticons or Post Icons, could we keep the ones we have now?

I don't think so, most of the major features are still there and the few that aren't exist as mods.

Yes, we can keep them although I should say they will be changing in MyBB 1.4 (which should be released either today or tomorrow).
MyBB 1.4 has been released and I've updated the test board. Make sure to check it out now.
Likin' it, but I do think we need to keep the old emoticons.
