It's gotta be a draw between "I find your lack of faith disturbing" and "I got a bad feeling about this".
They're my two all-time favorites.
My all time favorites would be: "Who's the more foolish? The fool or the fool who follows?", "I am not a committee!" and "Would it help if i got out and pushed?"
Yoda's quote from TPM is my favorite:
