The Rebellion, just because they seem to be cooler.
Rebellion without a doubt. The Empire is overly arrogant and too confidant in technological marvels. Plus a TIE fighter are pretty decent in the right hands but an X-wing I think is superior.
It depends on a few things, First of all if I was brought up on a world that had been oppressed by the Empire I would've joined the rebellion. However, if I was brought up in a world that wasn't oppressed, I would've joined the Empire. It all down to how we perceive things.

i would have been in the rebellion. i'm so unique, i would have much liked to rebel against what i thought was evil. and winning in the end isn't bad at all....
There's no way I could support an oppressive evil murderous regime, so definitely I'd join the Rebels.
