Either Anakin vs. Obi-wan in ROTS or Luke vs. Vader in TESB. Both were amazing fights, but I wouldn't count out Luke vs. Vader in ROTJ.

My favorite duel would have to be the Qui-gon & Obi-wan vs. Darth Maul duel in TPM. It was the first high speed full length lightsaber battle we witnessed, the pure audacity of Maul in taking on two Jedi as if they were nothing, but the fact that even when separated, the Jedi put up tremendous fights.

My favouritest duel is that between Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and Darth Maul. It really intensifies between Obi-Wan and Darth Maul after Qui-Gon falls.

I like all of the duels, but my favourite two are the Luke/Darth Vader in ROTJ and Dooku/Yoda in ATOC.

It is real hard to choose but I think the ROTJ duel is my favourite because it had so much meaning to it and emotion. But in 2nd would have to be either Obi-Wan vs Maul or Obi-Wan vs Anakin.

I think the duel between Anakin and Kenobi in Revenge of the Sith is the best because what gets it for me is the music... it's so sad, and Obi-wan's face when he's fighting, it's like he can't bring him back and he's trapped and that its all over and he has failed... I feel sorry for Obi-Wan.

All the duels are great, but the ROTS duel between Anakin and Obi-wan is probably my favorite, mostly because it's drawn out and it goes everywhere.

It has to be Luke versus Vader on Bespin. The raw emotion it gave off was killer. Just a student with no chance, hanging it out there for his friends knowing what was at stake. That and the imagery, music and the damning revelation make this possibly the best fight scene in the movies.

In terms of sheer Lightsabery coolness: Obi-Wan vs Anakin in ROTS.

The best lightsaber duel for both coolness and impact has to be Anakin vs. Obi Wan in Episode 3.

The Star Wars prequels has some intense kick ass lightsaber duels, 'nuff said.
First place goes to Anakin vs. Obi-wan Kenobi and second place goes to Qui-gon & Obi-wan vs. Darth Maul.
