The concept doesn't sound interesting to me, but I'm gonna give it a try because it's Joss Whedon.

You should never judge a Whedon show on its premise... they all sound ludicrous up front. It's the execution that makes them work.
This looks like it gonna be a good show, which means it'll probably be canceled after 10 episodes or so (being on FOX after all).
EDIT: When does this premiere?
I've been pumped about the series since they first announced it. Sounds cool!
But I'm afraid that, as DarthTrip101 said, FOX will cancel it within 10 episodes of it's premiere.

Has anybody been watching this?
Last night's episode was really awesome. Finally starting to see Joss in this, especially in some of Topher's scenes. This is also the first episode where I've actually cared about Echo, though her escape at the end was kinda unrealistic.
Yeah, I've been watching.
Last night's episode was an awesomely intense episode, indeed. I agree, the moment I heard Echo say "Did I fall asleep?" I knew all hell was about to break loose, and I was a lot more worried about her than "the reputation" of the company and the (admittedly reather ridiculous) mutterings of Topher. Although I was a bit surprised that all the higher-ups had a genuine care about Echo's well-being.
Also, I didn't even notice that Victor was also another active out there being used to mislead Ballard until I saw the recap from last week's episode.
I didn't like it, I watched a few episodes and found it didn't reach it's potential. Does it get better later in the series then?
If you looked at the first few episodes- I noticed on some of the episodes that it isn't directed, written etc. by Joss Whedon. It looks to me like he put his name behind it to help someone else? That it's not really his show?
Or has that changed now maybe?
Though I do agree- the premise of his shows sometimes seem silly, then you watch it- and it's great like Firefly (til Fox ruins it).

FOX has renewed the show for a second season. I think somewhere deep in the planet, hell has frozen over.
Indeed. Renew that and cancel T:SCC? Sounds *exactly* like Fox...
And I'm not sure how much Joss Whedon is even involved, despite protests to the contrary, in the episode credits, sometimes he has something that seems more like he just lent his name too it.
The 3 eps I watched are 3 hours of my life I want back.
